We don’t believe in membership fees at Power Pilates so we leave it down to you when you like to visit or use our special online booking system which allows you to control your exercise diary with us.

About Us
Whether you're a professional dancer or business person, sometime athlete or a complete novice to exercise we provide energetic classes for beginners and the intermediate exercisers. If you are looking for that personal touch which meet your unique needs and goals we also offer private sessions on a 1:1 basis or if you like that bit of support a 1:2 basis which entitles just you and your friend or partner to train together.
