What is Cardiolates?
Cardiolates class is a combination of our specialised Pilates Reformer and a step up box which provides a perfect blend of body-sculpting exercises with cardiovascular endurance benefits.
Like all Power Pilates classes, it is a results driven, full body workout designed for the people who want to see as well as feel the benefits. FAST! Cardiolates works on the Interval Training method which maximises the efficiency of the exercise which allows the body to burn more calories which promotes weight loss.

Training on and off the pilates reformer Cardiolates is a challenging workout, with fast changeovers, more repetitions, and absolutely no let-up. With a step up pilates box allowing you to perform your interval cardiovascular training this class will have you exercising both cardiac and skeletel muscles.
