Intermediate
What is the difference between Beginner & intermediate?
The pace of the intermediate class is quicker, with an increased amount of exercise options, with harder options also for spring tension.
The beginners class introduces you to the equipment, improves your technique and wakes up those muscles which may not have been worked in a while. This type of class is fully focused on your workout and areas of the body you would like to work. Intermediate based classes are suggested to those who have experience within our beginners class, can activate their core and have seen noticeable improvements in their strength & flexibility.
