Power Pilates personal training is carried out within a dedicated private space so you get our specialist trainers undivided attention throughout the 55 minute session. This productive and inspiring setting allows you and your trainer to focus on one thing- your results.

Personal training at Power Pilates gives you the chance to decide what areas you would like to work on and give you the opportunity to discuss in detail with your experienced trainer what you are looking for. That goal may be to become fitter, to strengthen your core, reduce your lower back pain, improve your flexibility and mobility. All of these things whilst also helping you to drop that added fat and creating long lean muscles. Maybe your pre/post natal, or coming back from an injury. Duo sessions- training for two of you 

If you prefer that little added support our duo sessions are perfect for couples or friends that want a more individualised attention than a group class environment, but not the 1.1 training a PT brings. Our duo classes are scheduled at your convenience and offer additional savings over our private training. These sessions are a great way to give and receive encouragement from your partner.

Following your friendly greeting, your trainer, with your input, will develop your plan of training via a postural assessment and movement analysis.
