The success of Dynamic Reformer Pilates was set up in a personal training environment within England’s capital. The sensation which is Dynamic Reformer Pilates has lead to Power Pilates creating a class schedule which allows up to four clients to train in a class environment whilst still getting the personal touch that is needed in such a specialised type of exercise.
